Offending Conduct: Late night comedian Jimmey Kimmel willfully and deliberately demonstrated a willingness to participate in action and speech to establish, maintain, expand, and/or refine the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) by joking that 'Americans should kill all Chinese people in order to avoid paying the U.S. debt owed to China.' He also joked that 'the U.S. allowed them to live.' He also constantly redicules Latino people on his show. Said "humour" supports the use of language and/or images in such a manner as to directly or indirectly promote the maintenance, expansion, and/or refinement of the System of White Supremacy (Racism) in the area of Economics, Entertainment and Politics.  [MORE]
