A coalition of Mexican citizens in the United States has made a formal proposal to the Mexican Congress to give them the voting rights that were promised eight years ago. The group, whose name translates to The Coalition for Political Rights of Mexicans in Foreign Lands, wants some mechanism in place before the 2006 presidential election. [more]
