Federal judge apologizes for remarks comparing Bush and Hitler
Judge Guido Calabresi , a judge on the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals , has apologized for remarks he made at a American Constitution Society convention last weekend that compared Bush's election to Hitler's rise to power. In a letter of apology to Chief Judge John Walker, Calabresi apologized, saying he did not intend the remarks to appear partisan.
