The Transportation Security Agency in crisis--lax security, low morale
Cheryl Phillips, Steve Miletich and Ken Armstrong of The Seattle Times have a three-part series on security at the nation's airports , finding that "lax security and low morale seep through the federal agency responsible" for protecting air travelers.
