Venezuela Alleges Groups Plotting Election Day Attacks (sound familar?)

Anti-government groups in Venezuela are plotting to attack the country's leader and disrupt next month's presidential recall vote using stolen explosives, top officials allege. Details of the plots surfaced Friday as the country prepared for the recall referendum Aug. 15 on Hugo Chavez's presidency. Venezuela is deeply divided between those who see Chavez as a champion of the poor and those who accuse him of becoming increasingly authoritarian.
