Minorities fear partial voter lists
Tens of thousands of voter registration forms filed in the final few days before this fall's deadline have caused a bottleneck in a statewide registration system that minority groups fear could lead to disruptions and delays at the polls and the disenfranchisement of eligible voters on Election Day.
