Californians favor placing limits on three strikes law
A majority of California voters surveyed said they supported revising California's three-strikes law so it applies only to violent felonies such as rape, child molestation or murder, according to a statewide poll released today. Sixty-nine percent of likely voters told pollsters they supported Prop. 66, which would require that three-strikes penalties apply only to serious or violent crimes, according to the Field Poll.
