Swissmedic and Vaccinating Doctors Criminally Sued in Switzerland for Authorizing and Administering COVID Shots
/From [HERE] The detail-oriented Swiss are taking their medical establishment to task in a big way for authorizing and administering the Covid-19 mRNA jabs, in a formal criminal complaint.
“That is what the criminal complaint against Swissmedic is about” (SRF, 2022.11.14):
That's what it's all about: On July 14, 2022, a lawyer submitted a 300-page criminal complaint to the responsible cantonal public prosecutor's office on behalf of six people allegedly injured by mRNA vaccinations. It is directed against three representatives of the Swiss licensing and supervisory authority for medicinal products and medical devices (Swissmedic) and five vaccinating doctors from the Inselspital in Bern. A criminal investigation is to be opened against them. The lawyer has now gone public with a media conference.
These are the plaintiffs: The lawyer for those affected, Philipp Kruse, is a declared opponent of vaccination and Covid measures. He represented people who refused to wear masks or parents who didn't want their children to take part in pool tests. Doctors who were noticed as corona skeptics also appeared at the media conference.
This is what the indictment says: The defendants are accused of violating basic drug law due diligence by allowing and administering the Covid 19 vaccination. There are a number of other charges listed, including intentional or possibly negligent bodily harm, endangering life, killing and abortion.
These are the alleged damages: According to lawyer Kruse, the damages range from circular hair loss, derailment of the menstrual cycle to polyarthritis, muscle weakness and chronic exhaustion to the death of a 20-year-old person. Some of the six victims listed are still unable to work. The connection to the Covid 19 vaccination was confirmed by experts in five cases. In the case of the deceased, the causal connection must be proven on the basis of pathological examinations. However, these investigations are not yet complete.
That's what Swissmedic says: Nothing. Swissmedic does not want to comment on the ongoing court proceedings. The Federal Office of Public Health and the Federal Vaccination Commission also do not want to comment.
What may fly under the radar in other countries, in terms of the lack of accountability and responsibility for Covid-19 jabbing injuries, is unlikely to pass muster in Switzerland. The Swiss proud themselves on being OBJECTIVE, diligent, thorough and just. Because of these very high public expectations, it is impossible to sweep under the carpet, gaslight, or outright ignore the laws on the books over there, let’s hope:

A New FDA Study Links COVID Shots to Blood Clotting in Older People. But Gov Won’t Take Any Action because Findings “are still under investigation” and [They Are Trying to Kill You]

From [HERE] Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine has been linked to blood clotting in older individuals, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
FDA researchers, crunching data from a database of elderly persons in the United States, found that pulmonary embolism — blood clotting in the lungs — met the initial threshold for a statistical signal and continued meeting the criteria after a more in-depth evaluation.
Three other outcomes of interest — a lack of oxygen to the heart, a blood platelet disorder called immune thrombocytopenia and another type of clotting called intravascular coagulation — initially raised red flags, researchers said.
More in-depth evaluations, such as comparisons with populations who received influenza vaccines, showed those three as no longer meeting the statistical threshold for a signal.
Researchers looked at data covering 17.4 million elderly Americans who received a total of 34.6 million vaccine doses between Dec. 10, 2020, and Jan. 16, 2022.
The study was published by the journal Vaccine on Dec. 1.
The FDA said it was not taking any action on the results because they do not prove the vaccines cause any of the four outcomes, and because the findings “are still under investigation and require more robust study.”
Dr. Peter McCullough, chief medical adviser for the Truth for Health Foundation, told The Epoch Times via email that the new paper “corroborates the concerns of doctors that the large uptick in blood clots, progression of atherosclerotic heart disease, and blood disorders is independently associated with COVID-19 vaccination.”
Pfizer did not respond to a request for comment.
How the research was done
FDA researchers, with assistance from researchers with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), analyzed data from the CMS database.
They included Medicare Fee-for-Service beneficiaries aged 65 or older who received a vaccine within the timeframe, were enrolled when they were vaccinated and were enrolled for a “clean window” of time prior to vaccination. The window was 183 days or 365 days, depending on the outcome.
About 25 million people receive the Medicare Fee-for-Service, but only about 17 million were vaccinated during the period of time studied.
Researchers used probability testing to detect an increased risk of one or more of 14 outcomes following vaccination.
The goal was to see whether vaccination may increase the risk of adverse outcomes, such as pulmonary embolism, or blood clotting in the lungs. If an outcome met a certain statistical threshold, that meant it could increase the risk.
The initial results of the safety monitoring detected an increased risk of four events, the FDA announced on July 12, 2021. They were the same four outlined in the new paper, which is the first update the agency has given on the matter since its announcement.
As of Jan. 15, 2022, 9,065 cases of a lack of oxygen to the heart — known as acute myocardial infarction — were detected, researchers revealed in the new study. As of the same date, 6,346 cases of pulmonary embolism, 1,064 cases of immune thrombocytopenia and 263 cases of coagulation were detected.
The primary analysis showed a safety signal for all four outcomes. Researchers tried adjusting the numbers by using different variables.
For instance, at one point they adjusted for the variation of background rates, or the rates of each outcome in the general population prior to the pandemic. After certain adjustments — not all — the myocardial infarction, immune thrombocytopenia and intravascular coagulation ceased being statistically significant.
Pulmonary embolism, though, continued to be statistically significant, the researchers said. Pulmonary embolism is a serious condition that can lead to death.
Limitations of the study included possible false signals and possible missed signals due to factors such as parameters being specified wrongly.
The conditions that didn’t trigger a signal included stroke, heart inflammation and appendicitis.
The signals were detected only after Pfizer vaccination. Analyses for signals after receipt of the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines did not show any concerns.
Moderna and Johnson & Johnson did not respond to requests for comment.
Side effects Pfizer vaccine
All three vaccines have been linked to a number of side effects. Heart inflammation is causally linked to the Moderna and Pfizer shots, experts around the world have confirmed, while Johnson & Johnson’s has been associated with blood clots.
Other conditions, such as pulmonary embolism, have been reported to authorities and described in studies, though some papers have found no increase in risk following vaccination.
Approximately 4,214 reports of post-vaccination pulmonary embolism, including 1,886 reports following receipt of Pfizer’s vaccine, have been reported to the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, or VAERS, as of Dec. 9.
As of the same date, 1,434 reports of post-vaccination myocardial infarction, including 736 following receipt of Pfizer’s vaccine; 469 reports of post-vaccination immune thrombocytopenia, including 234 following receipt of Pfizer’s vaccine; and 78 reports of post-vaccination intravascular coagulation, including 42 after receipt of Pfizer’s vaccine, have been reported.
Reports to the system can be made by anybody, but most are lodged by healthcare workers, studies show. The number of reports is an undercount, according to studies.
The new study states that the FDA “strongly believes the potential benefits of COVID-19 vaccination outweigh the potential risks of COVID-19 infection.” No evidence was cited in support of the belief.
The FDA is set to meet with its vaccine advisory panel in January 2023 about the future of COVID-19 vaccines, as the vaccines have been performing much worse against Omicron and its subvariants.
McCullough told The Epoch Times:
“A shortcoming of the CMS surveillance system is that it did not capture prior and subsequent SARS-CoV-2 infection which accentuate the cumulative risk of COVID-19 vaccination.
“Given the large number of individuals who have been vaccinated, the population attributable fraction of medical problems ascribed to the vaccines is enormous. I have concerns over the future burden to the healthcare system as a consequence of mass indiscriminate COVID-19 vaccination.” [MORE]
Florida Supreme Court Approves DeSantis Grand Jury to Investigate “Criminal or Wrongful activity” in the Manufacture and Promotion of COVID Injections
/From [HERE] Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has asked the Florida Supreme Court to appoint a statewide grand jury to investigate “criminal or wrongful activity” related to the development and promotion of COVID-19 vaccines.
The petition, filed Dec. 13, says grand jurors should consider whether the pharmaceutical industry engaged in “fraudulent practices” by promoting the effectiveness of vaccines for financial gain.
Publications with coverage include Law360, the Associated Press, CNN and Politico.
According to the AP, statewide grand juries in Florida can examine criminal activity. as well as “systemic problems.”
A press release from DeSantis claims that the Biden administration is pushing distribution of mRNA vaccines “through relentless propaganda while ignoring real-life adverse events.” The grand jury petition cites a Florida study showing an increase in cardiac-related deaths among men ages 18 to 39 within 28 days of an mRNA vaccination.
The grand jury petition says Florida has “rejected vaccine mandates and passports,” but some Florida residents chose to get the vaccine because they thought that it would prevent the transmission of COVID-19. They relied on assurances by drugmakers and government officials, the petition says.
According to CNN, DeSantis “has made COVID-19 vaccine skepticism his calling card ahead of a potential run for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.” The network cited an analysis released Tuesday estimating that vaccines prevented more than 3.2 million deaths and 18.5 million hospitalizations in the United States. The analysis was conducted by the Commonwealth Fund and the Yale School of Public Health.
Politico obtained a statement from Pfizer spokesperson Sharon J. Castillo, who said Pfizer’s vaccine has been approved by regulatory agencies across the world.
“These authorizations are based on robust and independent evaluation of the scientific data on quality, safety and efficacy, including our landmark phase 3 clinical trial,” Castillo wrote. “Data from real-world studies complement the clinical trial data and provide additional evidence that the vaccine provides effective protection against severe disease.”
'Fact-Checking' Giant Funnels Money from Soros, Google, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to Global Propaganda Outlets
/From [HERE] A report last week by Media Research Center (MRC) revealed that social demolitionist billionaire George Soros has been funding 253 groups that influence global media.
One of those groups is The Poynter Institute, the world’s largest fact-checking giant and owner of PolitiFact. Between 2016 and 2020, The Poynter Institute’s International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) received $492,000 from George Soros’ Open Society Foundation. Poynter is also funded by such notable organizations as The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the National Endowment for Democracy, Ebay´s Omidyar Foundation, and others.
Global tech giants are also counted among Poynter’s main funders. Google and subsidiary YouTube announced this month a $13.2 million fund for “fact-checking” initiatives until 2025, which will be headed by the IFCN. Poynter said in a statement that the projects will “reduce misinformation.”
Poynter, which owns the Tampa Bay Times and other local media brands, also maintains close relationships with mainstream media outlets, coaching and training journalists and corporate media executives on certain narratives.
The Washington Post, for example, another of Poynter’s benefactors, hires Poynter to “develop their leaders through senior-level workshops.” Aside from The Washington Post, Poynter is also hired by NBC News, Newsweek and NPR, among other media organizations. Poynter’s Senior Vice President Kelly McBride also serves as NPR’s public editor.
Poynter’s IFCN reportedly works with 100 fact-checking organizations across the globe. Some of this work includes spreading pro-COVID-19 vaccine propaganda. According to its 2021 tax returns, Poynter spent over $300,000 in “vaccine grant programs” which aim “to support projects focused on increasing the distribution speed and capacity of fact checks to tackle COVID-19 and vaccine-related mis/disinformation.”
But Poynter’s PolitiFact is itself a known peddler of misinformation. In 2018, for example, PolitiFact fact-checked a claim by President Trump that Twitter was shadowbanning Republicans. Shadowbanning is when a social media platform quietly limits the reach of a post without notifying the poster. PolitiFact made a desperate attempt to cover for Twitter, saying the algorithm had a “glitch,” which was quickly fixed. [MORE]

Robert Kennedy’s Organization Files Motion to Prevent California From Punishing Doctors for Providing Truthful Information to the Public About the Dangers of COVID Injections

From [HERE] Attorneys for Children’s Health Defense (CHD) on Tuesday filed a motion for preliminary injunction in an effort to prevent California from punishing doctors for COVID-19 “misinformation” while CHD’s lawsuit challenging the state’s new law makes its way through the courts.
California Assembly Bill 2098 (AB 2098), signed into law on Sept. 30, subjects the state’s doctors to discipline — including the suspension of their medical licenses — for sharing “misinformation” or “disinformation” about COVID-19 with their patients.
The law is set to take effect Jan. 1, 2023. A hearing on the motion is scheduled for Jan. 17, 2023.
Attorneys Rick Jaffe, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., CHD chairman and chief litigation counsel, and Mary Holland, CHD president and general counsel, filed the motion in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California on behalf of plaintiffs LeTrinh Hoang, D.O., Physicians for Informed Consent and Children’s Health Defense — California Chapter.
According to the motion:
“AB 2098 prohibits physicians from conveying information and advice to their patients about COVID-19, which the State of California believes to be inconsistent with the prevailing opinions of the U.S. public health authorities and the majority of the medical community.
“However, if the pandemic has taught the world anything, it teaches that the views and edicts of the U.S. public health and medical authorities have changed, sometimes quickly, dramatically, and often inconsistently.”
The plaintiffs requested the Osteopathic Medical Board of California be prohibited from investigating or sanctioning any osteopathic physician under Section 2270 pending the final judgment in CHD’s lawsuit.
One of the six declarations attached to the motion is from Dr. Sanjay Verma, whose expert declaration presents numerous examples of public health authorities having to walk back their recommendations.
The declaration also details “points of vagueness and the general unsuitability of using “contemporary scientific consensus” as a disciplinary criterion.
Verma’s overview of the public health response to the pandemic is broken down into nine distinct categories and appendices:
Evolving and contradictory mask consensus.
Changing and contradictory statements about the ability of the vaccines to prevent infection.
Vaccine safety.
Vaccine efficacy.
Disparaging or underestimating natural immunity.
Unvaccinated dying at 11 times greater than fully vaccinated.
Examples of changes to the scientific consensus.
Countries with different vaccine recommendations.
Over-estimation of COVID-19 deaths and hospitalizations.
“The Injunction motion is strengthened by Dr. Verma’s meticulously sourced chronology of the changing, contradictory edicts from U.S. public health authorities,” said Holland. “It is the highlight and, in my opinion, conclusively proves that the ‘contemporary scientific consensus’ is a moving target that is often later proved to be completely false.”
Holland added: “It is unconstitutional for the government to sanction physicians for running afoul of crazy quilt ‘science.’”
Other declarants provided personal stories detailing the harm they or their family members have suffered.
Shannen Pousada declared that for 29 years she worked as a nurse at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California. Last year, Kaiser required COVID-19 vaccination for employment.
Before her vaccination on Sept. 10, 2021, Pousada was in excellent health. Ten days after, she had a heart attack. Her Kaiser physicians repeatedly told her it was “misinformation” that the COVID-19 vaccine could cause heart attacks.
Kaiser doctors eventually admitted that the COVID-19 vaccination was the likely cause.
In her declaration, Pousada said:
“While there is a possibility my medical and legal situation can improve in 2023, if AB 2098 is deemed constitutional, that possibility is significantly diminished for me.
“And it would be even worse for people suffering COVID-19 vaccine injury in 2023 and beyond, because their physicians will not be willing to document their observation of so-called ‘misinformation’ necessary to resolution of legal claims.”
Plaintiff Hoang, a California-licensed osteopathic physician for more than 25 years, explained in her declaration some of the questions she is asked by patients and their families about issues related to COVID-19.
Sometimes her advice is supported by mainstream medical literature. However, she finds it difficult if not impossible to robotically parrot propaganda that does not reflect true evidence-based “scientific consensus.”
Often, Hoang said, her advice paints a more nuanced and personalized picture for her patients contemplating taking the vaccine or the boosters, but she is concerned that under the new law, she would put her license at risk.
Dr. Shira Miller, president of Physicians for Informed Consent, said in her declaration that physician speech is and will be chilled by AB 2098, in large part because of the vagueness and uncertainty in the law.
According to attorney Jaffe, “The science is evolving, and sometimes what the experts once held as gospel, turned out to be wrong. That is the fundamental truth of this case and that’s why I am confident the Court will stop the Osteopathic Medical Board of California from targeting doctor/patient speech.”
In their declarations, Debbie Hobel and Jamie Coker-Robertson demonstrated that AB 2098 is already having a negative impact. If patients can’t differentiate between truthful advice and canned information their doctor provides, this will lead to irreparable damage to the physician/patient relationship.
New Studies Suggest COVID Injected People are Infecting Unvaccinated People

From [HERE] Ever since the roll out of the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines” there has been abundant anecdotal evidence of “vaccine shedding,” where individuals who received one of the experimental mRNA injections were somehow also infecting those around them, even those who were unvaccinated.
Now there are some published studies that explain how the mechanism of this “shedding” might be happening, as well as evidence from Pfizer themselves according to their internal documents that they have been forced to release to the public.
One of those studies was published by Dr. Helene Banoun in the journal Infectious Disease Research.
Abstract
The massive COVID-19 vaccination campaign is the first time that mRNA vaccines havebeen used on a global scale. The mRNA vaccines correspond exactly to the definition of gene therapy of the American and European regulatory agencies. The regulations require excretion studies of these drugs and their products (the translated proteins). These studies have not been done for mRNA vaccines (nor for adenovirus vaccines). There are numerous reports of symptoms and pathologies identical to the adverse effects of mRNA vaccines in unvaccinated persons in contact with freshly vaccinated persons. It is therefore important to review the state of knowledge on the possible excretion of vaccine nano particles as well as mRNA and its product, the spike protein.
Vaccine mRNA-carrying lipid nano particles spread after injection throughout the body according to available animal studies and vaccine mRNA (naked or in nano particles or innatural exosomes) is found in the bloodstream as well as vaccine spike in free form or encapsulated in exosomes (shown in human studies). Lipid nano particles (or their natural equivalent, exosomes or extracellular vesicles (EVs)) have been shown to be able to be excreted through body fluids (sweat, sputum, breast milk) and to pass the transplacental barrier. These EVs are also able to penetrate by inhalation and through the skin (healthy or injured) as well as orally through breast milk (and why not during sexual intercourse through semen, as this has not been studied). It is urgent to enforce the legislation on gene therapy that applies to mRNA vaccines and to carry out studies on this subject while the generalization of mRNA vaccines is being considered.

Why the Unvaccinated are Concerned about Close Contact with COVID-19 Vaccinated
One of the most common questions I am asked from the unvaccinated stems from concerns over “shedding.” Because the mRNA vaccines have been in development by the US Department of Defense DARPA since 2011, one would have expected that all of the necessary preclinical testing would have been completed before Operation Warp Speed was announced.
The 2015 FDA guidance on Gene Product Shedding Studies with gene therapies, which are defined as “all products that exert their effects by transcription and/or translation of transferred genetic material and/or by integration into the host genome and that are administered in the form of nucleic acids, viruses or genetically modified microorganisms”.
By this statement mRNA vaccines are indeed gene therapy products and should have been submitted to these excretion studies by DARPA funded researchers long ago.
Sadly, these careful development steps were skipped from the beginning in our military-style vaccine development program, and now the public is grappling with the issue of nucleic acid and Spike protein shedding as a potential concern among those who have worked so hard to remain healthy and free of COVID-19 vaccination.
In the most comprehensive paper on shedding thus far, former Inserm researcher Dr. Helene Banoun has published the basis for which there is great likelihood that mRNA either on lipid nanoparticles or within exosomes is circulatory in blood and is secreted in every body secretion that would naturally expect to contain particles of this size.
Fertig et al, have shown mRNA is circulatory in blood for at least two weeks with no reduction in concentration out to that time point. Likewise, Hanna et al, have found mRNA within breast milk.
Less data exist on Spike protein shedding but it is not a far stretch to understand this is well within the realm of reality. The pivotal questions are: 1) for how long is a recently vaccinated person at risk to shed on to others? 2) can shed mRNA be taken up by the recipient and begin to produce Spike protein just like vaccination? 3) can shed Spike protein cause disease as it does in the vaccinated (e.g. myocarditis, blood clots, etc.)?
It’s time for the lapses by DOD BARDA and NIH BARDA, to immediately be corrected by those agencies funding the necessary independent shedding studies to ensure the public safety of those who wisely deferred on COVID-19 vaccination.
This research should preferably be conducted while the current products are paused and taken off to market to protect others at risk. Until then, we simply cannot answer these questions for those who sacrificed so much to remain “pure-blood.” (Full article.)

“There was a recent paper,” replied McCullough. “I just have it on my Substack if you want to review it -- you go to the Courageous Discourse substack. And the first author is Helene Banoun, a former Inserm scientist. Inserm is a leading research unit in France. And Banoun has summarized this. This is disturbing. “And, in a paper by Fertig and colleagues, the messenger RNA is found circulating in the blood for at least two weeks. And the curves were not going down. That’s as long as they looked.”
In another study, they found messenger RNA in the lymph nodes of the vaccinated for months. “It looks like the body’s not clearing it out,” stated McCullough.

So the big question:
Could you actually take a vaccine inadvertently through close contact, kissing, sexual contact, or breastfeeding?

But no, this messenger RNA -- it looks like it’s for keeps. Every shot is accumulating in the body with no ability for the body to get rid of it.

I can tell you everyone who has taken the vaccine has this material in their brain, their heart, their adrenal glands, their reproductive organs, it's really a terrible thought. My heart goes out to people who have taken the vaccine."

Since the Launch of Operation Warp Speed, at Least 1.1 Million Americans have “Died Suddenly”

From [HERE] The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has quietly confirmed that at least 1.1 million Americans have “died suddenly” ever since Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” were introduced under Operation Warp Speed.
Since the time when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted emergency use authorization (EUA) for the jabs, more than six million Americans total have died. Of this, 1,106,079 deaths are considered to be “excess,” based on the five-year average from 2015 to 2019.
Other government data confirms that mortality rates per 100,000 people are highest among the “fully vaccinated” population, suggesting covid injections are the cause of all this excess mortality. We have the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OEC) to thank for all this data, which is doing the work that the CDC and the FDA refuse to do by actually spelling it all out for the public to see.
An intergovernmental organization with 38 member countries, the OEC was founded in 1961 to “stimulate economic progress and world trade.” Part of what the group does is compile data and extrapolate it in an easy-to-digest format.
People really started dying AFTER the jabs were released, not before
Thus far, every single week in 2022 has seen a significant and noticeable number of excess deaths. At one point, upwards of 350,000 excess deaths were being reported per week, though the average has since decreased somewhat.
“This means 1,700 more Americans actually died by week 38 of 2022 than those who died by week 38 of 2020, despite the fact there was a huge wave of alleged Covid-19 deaths during this period,” reports The Exposé about what the data shows.
Put another way, there are more excess deaths occurring in the post-jab era than there were in the pre-jab era when the media and the government were scaring everyone about “covid.” It turns out the real threat is the jabs.
“But that’s not the worst of it,” The Exposé added. “Because the official CDC figures reveal that 2021 was a record-breaking year for deaths across the USA, with the country recording over 100,000 more deaths than it recorded in 2020, prior to the roll-out of the experimental Covid-19 injections.”
The official numbers from the CDC show that more than 101,000 additional people died in 2021 after Operation Warp Speed was in full swing compared to in 2020 when the jabs had not yet been unleashed.
“The first Covid-19 injection was administered in the USA on December 14th 2020, and according to the quietly published figures provided by the CDC, 6,090,716 Americans sadly lost their lives after this date up until week 38 of 2022,” The Exposé maintains.
If covid injections truly were unleashed for the purpose of “saving lives,” they sure did an awful job. More people died because of the injections, which had they never been released in the first place would have actually saved lives.
“I read recently that the global excess death number is over 75 million,” wrote a commenter. “Couple that with their loss of regeneration, as well as male and female infertility, and this is becoming a mass extinction event.”
Another responded that the actual figure, according to BizNews, is .75 million, or 750,000, excess deaths worldwide in 2022.
“Global excess mortality now is greater than it was during World War II,” wrote someone else, insinuating that covid jab deaths are part of an ongoing WWIII mass depopulation campaign.
Dr. Eli David on Twitter announced that in Israel, 2020 was supposedly a “once-in-a-century pandemic” with no vaccines available, but that total mortality was far higher in 2021 and 2022 after the jabs were unleashed.
