Offending Conduct:

Former NBA owner of the LA Clippers Donald Sterling willfully and deliberately engaged in speech and conduct to maintain, expand, and/or refine the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) in the areas of Sports and Entertainment. On April 25, 2014, TMZ Sports released a recording of a conversation between Sterling and a female friend, V. Stiviano. On it he urges his mistress at the time not to appear in public with black people [MORE] "It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you're associating with black people", and, "You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want", but "the little I ask you is ... not to bring them to my games".[MORE] and [MORE]. He also asked a prospective coach, “Why do you think you can coach these niggers?"[MORE]. He was accused of refusing to rent to minorities and families with children in L.A.'s Koreatown. A deposition in that suit from one of his employees quoted Sterling as saying that blacks “smell, they're not clean,” and that Mexicans “just sit around and smoke and drink all day,” according to Phil Taylor at Sports Illustrated. [MORE]. Although the NBA claimed to "force" him to sell the Clippers due to conduct and speech. After initially paying $12.5 million for the team he sold the team for $2 Billion. As such there was no real penalty for him in this system of white collective power. [MORE]
