NAACP Calls For Help For Failing Schools

Members of the NAACP added their voices Monday to calls for improvement at Duval County's failing schools. The group is concerned that the county's 10 "F" schools are concentrated in northwest Jacksonville, a predominately black area . Both that area's high schools and three of its middle schools received failing grades from the state. [more]
