Video Captures White Cop Kicking Latino Teen in the Back at Washington State Fair

Yakima police officers used force to detain young males involved in a fight at the Central Washington State Fair on Sunday night. An officer can be seen kicking one of the BLINDED TEENS from behind. On lookers were horrified at the officers' response to thefighting and believes it could of been handled differently.
