EVEN IF SUCH FACTS EXIST, ONCE THE THREAT DISSIPATED, DEADLY FORCE WAS NO LONGER JUSTIFIED. CLEARLY, NO ONE IN THE VIDEO IS FACING ANY HARM FROM NEELY.
