From [HERE] New data on encounters with police in D.C. revealed serious racial disparities, according to the American Civil Liberties Union. The data collected between January 2022 and December 2023 found that Black people accounted for more than 70% of the people stopped by police in the city.

Addtionally, a City Paper analysis of the department’s stop data found that while the number of police stops resulting in frisks (or pat downs) are relatively small compared to the number of overall stops, officers are much more likely to search Black people. More than 90 percent of frisks involve Black suspects.

“The main thing that we have found is that the number of stops conducted by the police of Black people in the District is grossly disproportionate to their representation in the population,” said ACLU of D.C. policy advocacy director Scarlett Aldebot.

According to the Census Bureau, Black people make up 43.5% of D.C.’s population. White residents make up just over 36% of the population, but, the ACLU said, that population accounted for just under 13% of people stopped by police.

“When we see this level of disproportionality that can impact trust in the police, and we’re not really seeing the benefit of these stops, we need to really ask ourselves if this practice is making us safer,” Aldebot said.

The report looked at the almost 137,000 stops reported by the police department during the two-year period.

Not all stops result in so-called stop-and-frisk searches, but those that did, according to the ACLU, did not result in many guns being taken off the streets. The report found in 2022, 0.9% of stops resulted in guns being recovered, and the result rose to 1.2% in 2023.

Aldebot said the perception of biased policing in the city also can result in situations where residents won’t report crimes or criminal activity.

The report called for an end to stop-and-frisk practices and for public safety approaches that the ACLU claims are “not biased or disproportionate, do not cause harm, adhere to constitutional requirements, and increase trust in government among the most vulnerable communities.” [REPORT]

NOT RUN BY ELITE WHITE LIBERALS? Here, white liberals and their sleeping Tom believers may delude themselves that cities like Memphis, Baltimore, Atlanta and DC are not actually run by white liberals and may claim they are in fact run by Blacks themselves. However, whether a city is controlled by ‘elite white liberals’ has nothing to do with the number of elected black officials or appointed black straw boss authorities in a given jurisdiction. In reality, Black people in general function as “a powerless class” having no power independent of elite whites. In nearly all liberal jurisdictions where blacks reside, elite whites control and own all major resources (such as banks, local mainstream media, major real estate, ports, utilities, large corporations and businesses, all major industry, major non-profits, unions, hospitals, etc) and own most major real estate and anything else of substantial material value. Neely Fuller explains, ‘in a socio-material system dominated by wealthy, powerful racists, all major decisions involving non-white people are made by elite racists. In such places elite white liberals function as the major decision makers in regards to what happens or does not happen to non-white people, particularly Blacks and Latinos.’ Elite racists are their employers, landlords, creditors, land owners, supervisors, bosses and major decision-makers. Fuller states, ‘Whatever a Black person gets, and/or is allowed to keep, is the result of decisions made by elite racists. This is the functional meaning of White Supremacy (Racism) that many Black people prefer not to acknowledge.’ [MORE] Thus, in their direct or indirect relations with elite white liberals, most black people function as their employees, workers, consumers, helpers, servants, tenants, patients, clients and customers. Contrary to liberal whitenology, racists use the granfalloon of race to dominate and control Black people - hate and mean words have little to do with it; master-servant relations are the gravamen of the system of racism white supremacy - not mere bigotry, overt hate or affiliation with clown groups, such as the KKK or Nazis.

Dr. Amos Wilson states ‘To live under the power of another people is to be created by that people. To be rewarded or punished by that people is to be created by that people. A FREE RANGE PRISON. Authorities and their media often mischaracterize police stops of Black drivers and Black citizens as ‘minor intrusions’ or temporary interferences with their freedom. For example, NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg attacked a NYC court decision which ruled stop and frisk unconstitutional, by claiming, “stop and frisk is not racial profiling.” In reality, the pervasive use of authority to arbitrarily stop law abiding Black people against their volition terrorizes and degrades their humanity and “citizenship” and chills their inherent human right to freedom of movement.

Black scholars Naa Kwate and Shatema Threadcraft explain that unlawful stops of Black people lead to “Embodied stress, fear and trauma” because “the subject knows that any encounter may well end in death—and moreover, that the death may go unpunished.” The frequency of such “routine” stops ‘produces bodies that are harassed, stressed and resource deprived, if not altogether dead.’ Kwate and Threadcraft state, “Even those who are not stopped fear being stopped, fear death, and thus also find themselves in the grip of this form of necropower.” The omnipresent threat of being stopped for no reason by police is a form of “torture-lite” according to scholar Paul Butler. Here, the difference between adherent rights and inherent rights should be understood. FUNKTIONARY explains,

adherent rights – privileges disguised as so-called “rights” created by men via deceptive word-manipulation in written form called “symbolaeography,” and legal documents. 2) privileges granted by an apparent or putative authority at the expense of one's inherent or unalienable ‘rights.’ Also, “rights deriving from the corporate government (against itself) that can be liened against or taken away at any time by the creator or grantor of the bestowed right or benefit.”

Hans Buchheim explains, ‘The humanity of each person is the interior reference point of every natural or inherent right. Said rights are necessary to human dignity and autonomy - among other things, these natural rights include the right of freedom of movement, the right to be free from detentions, seizures, searches and the right to be left the fuck alone.’

Pervasive, arbitrary stops function to “niggerize,” degrade humanity and humiliate Blacks in public, rendering them “unsafe, unprotected, subjected and subjugated to random violence” by government authority. Slavery is found both in the partial and complete destruction of freedom.” Prolific stops by cops everywhere a large number of Black people reside, inhibit their freedom of movement and function as a tool to keep Blacks confined to a physical, social and symbolic space. Thus, elites use arbitrary stops to help dominate Black people and control their movements by force. Such stops are a form of slavery. The result is a 2nd class citizenship for Blacks. Legal scholar Charles Epps observes, “police stops convey powerful messages about citizenship and equality. Across millions of stops, these experiences are translated into common stories about who is an equal member of a rule-governed society and who is subjected to arbitrary surveillance and inquiry.” FUNKTIONARY makes it plain, “People who are awake see cops as mercenary security guards that remind us daily, through acts of force, that we are simultaneously both enemies and slaves of the Corporate State”

New Map Shows Police are Primarily Killing Black People in Cities Controlled by Elite White Liberals and Doing so in Substantial Numbers. In Chicago Blacks are 30X more likely to be Killed than Whites

From [HERE] Nearly 13,400 people have been killed by law enforcement in the United States since 2013 — around 7% of the nation's homicides, according to new data released by the advocacy group Campaign Zero.

Not only does the data show a surge in killings by law enforcement since 2013, but Campaign Zero's new "Mapping Police Violence" shows specific neighborhoods in Chicago and St. Louis, with large Black populations, have a massively high proportion of killings.

Mapping Police Violence stated that it will be releasing neighborhood-level data for more U.S. cities over the next year. 

The big picture: The detailed neighborhood-level analysis reviewed by Axios suggests aggressive policing in areas with significantly higher percentages of Black, Latino and Native American residents is leading to more killings by police.

• For example, the Campaign Zero data show Black Americans were 2.9 times more likely to be killed by law enforcement in the U.S. than the general population from 2013 to July 23, 2024. 2023 was the deadliest year for people killed by law enforcement, with 1,352 police killings, according to the database.

• CHICAGO: Black residents in Chicago are 30.6 times more likely to be killed than White residents with massively higher portions of police shootings on certain streets and neighborhoods, the analysis found

Here, white liberals and their black followers may hallucinate that cities like Memphis, Baltimore, Atlanta and DC are not actually run by white liberals and may claim they are in fact run by Blacks themselves. However, whether a city is controlled by elite white liberals” has nothing to do with the number of elected black officials or appointed black authorities in a given jurisdiction. In reality, Black people function as “a powerless class” having no power independent of elite whites. Rather, in all liberal jurisdictions where blacks reside, elite whites control and own all major resources (such as banks, local mainstream media, major real estate, ports, utilities, large corporations and businesses, major industry, major non-profits, unions, hospitals, etc) and anything else of substantial material value. Neely Fuller explains, ‘in a socio-material system dominated by wealthy, powerful racists, all major decisions involving non-white people are made by elite racists. In such places elite white liberals function as the major decision makers in regards to what happens or does not happen to non-white people, particularly blacks and latinos. Elite racists are their employers, landlords, creditors, land owners, bosses and major decision-makers. Whatever a Black person gets, and/or is allowed to keep, is the result of decisions made by elite racists. This is the functional meaning of White Supremacy (Racism) that many Black people prefer not to acknowledge. [MORE] Thus, in their direct or indirect relations with elite white liberals, most black people function as their employees, workers, consumers, helpers, servants, tenants, patients, clients and customers. Contrary to liberal whitenology, racists seek to dominate non-white people - hate has little to do with it, as master-servant relations are the gravamen of the system of racism white supremacy - not mere bigotry.

The above map is part of mounting evidence that voting for liberals and supporting their causes has been a complete disaster for Blacks. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing explained Black people are currently in a “losing streak that is centuries long.” Electoral politics, participating in retail politics and voting in general has had no meaningful or tangible impact on the white over Black system of vast unequal power. In reality, as explained by Dr. Wilson, very few, if any, of the major political, economic and social goals achieved by Black America, including the Voting Rights Act, were accomplished through Black voting prowess. The ballot box has been a relatively impotent weapon in the achievement of major victories by the Black community.

Elite white liberals are especially clowning Blacks. Fuller emphasizes that racism is primarily carried out by deception and that elite racists are “masters of deceit” and are “masterful liars.” More specifically, Dr. Wilson explains, the principal ideological goal of elite racists is to manufacture Black people’s consent to their own domination. He states, elite racists seek “to legiti­mate and justify their superordinate position and power; generate the evidence which substantiates their claims to power and legitimacy; have their rule and domination appear inevitable and "natural," i.e., not the result of deliberate, perhaps malicious intentions on their part; gain the "freely given" consent of Afrikan Americans to subordi­nation to White Power; and to continuously reproduce the conditions of Afrikan American community dependency and relative powerlessness.” Here, elites have deceived Black sheeple and caused them to misperceive elite white liberals as their political allies because they generally appear to be non-hateful and friendly to them. With such a profound and delusional misunderstanding about racism white supremacy, sleeping toms seek to have consensual relations with friendly looking, polite, well behaved and racist liberal; representatives landlords, police, judges, prosecutors, school administrators, employers, bank officials, neighbors, real estate and others who dominate them in all areas of people activity and keep them in a continuous state of checkmate decade after decade, unbeknownst to them.

FREEDOM CANNOT EXIST IN THE PRESENCE OF SO-CALLED AUTHORITY. On the Anniversary of George Floyd’s Murder by police officers in Minneapolis mostly neuropean “journalists” are provocatively asking, ‘what has changed since his death?’ Can you make a mirror out of a brick?

First of all the operating system of racism white supremacy is thriving - as it goes on continually updating and refining itself while most Black sheople are oblivious to its existence, continue to live in a reactionary state and have become politically powerless, “complicit in their own political emasculation,” and kept in a continuous state of checkmate. The quality of Black citizenship is so low that; no matter what the law says Blacks are prohibited from possessing guns and Blacks are subject to omnipresent interference by cops with their freedom of movement and their right to be left the fuck alone. Police exist primarily to manage the behavior of Blacks & Latinos and any protection from them is incidental and random. [MORE] Their goal is to place Blacks & Latinos in greater confinement.  Said factors exist in a legal context in which law enforcement is uncontrollable by citizens, generally unaccountable to them, can’t be hired or fired by citizens and it has irresponsible, limitless power to take life on the street as they see fit while providing a compulsory “service” that citizens have no “right” to decline. Dr. Blynd observes, "people who are awake see cops as mercenary guards that remind us daily through acts of force, that we are simultaneously both enemies and slaves of the Corporate State - colonized, surveilled and patrolled by the desensitized and lobotomized drones of the colonizers."

Most importantly however, nothing can ever change with regard to police brutality so long as police have the power to use force offensively on “citizens.” In fact, despite the falling violent crime rates since 1993, police killings have increased. According to Mapping Police Violence, “Police killed more people in 2023 than any year in more than a decade. Police have continued to kill at a similar rate in 2024.“ Police killed at least 1,247 people in 2023. Black people were 27% of those killed by police in 2023 despite being only 13% of the population. Thus far, there have been only 9 days in 2024 where police did not kill someone. Black people are most likely to be killed by police and are three times more likely than whites to be killed by police. 33% of Black people killed by police were running away, driving away or otherwise trying to flee. Regardless of race, there is no accountability: 98.1% of killings by police from 2013-2023 did not result with officers even being charged with a crime. [MORE]

Petitioning puppeticians for reforms, or begging them to enforce the status quo by punishing police for conduct that is already illegal or begging them to defund or lower police department budgets can have no effect on the extraordinary police power to use force offensively on citizens. Said non-reformable and uncontrollable power to initiate the use of unprovoked violence on people is called “authority.”

As you will see, if you indulge BW here, due to the fact that "authority" is immoral and unjust and there is no legitimate or rational way to account for belief in its existence, the legal system is entirely based on physical coercion or violence. In other words, we are not free.

Political “authority” can be summed up as the implied right to rule over people. It is the idea that some people have the moral right to forcibly control others, and that, consequently, those others have the moral and legal obligation to obey.’ [MORE] Authority is the basis and operating system for all governments throughout the world, regardless of type, function or characterization. As so-called representatives of authority, police officers (among other authorities) are empowered to use force offensively against citizens who are legally and morally obliged to obey authority.

However, all use of force offensively is immoral and evil. Acts that would be considered unjust or morally unacceptable when performed by “citizens” are just as unjust or morally unacceptable when performed by government agents. Putting your hands on another human being, not in self-defense but offensively, without their consent and ‘manipulating their body in disregard of their volition is evil’, whether its done by citizens or representatives of “authority” wearing blue costumes. Larken Rose explains, “authority is permission to commit evil – to do things that would be recognized as immoral and unjustified if anyone else did them.”

To be clear, all persons have the natural, inalienable right to defend themselves and come to the defense of others if they believe another person is in imminent danger from an aggressor. Private security workers and guards work under said natural law. In contrast, police officers and other representatives of authority have the extra or added “power” to act offensively as aggressors; higher authorities have granted police the power to use force offensively on people or initiate unprovoked acts of violence against people whenever they deem it necessary. As such, police are permitted to do things “citizens” cannot do, such as, stop individuals, touch them against their will, attack (make arrests) people, kill people, interfere with their freedoms in many ways, kidnap people (that is, ‘detain and transport’) or imprison them because higher authorities have empowered them to do so. In turn, “citizens” are said to have a moral and legal obligation to obey all government orders, laws and have no right to resist an unlawful arrest in most states. Authority must be obeyed on a content-neutral basis (regardless of whether citizens agree or not.) [MORE] This hypothesized moral property (authority) believed to be possessed by all governments is said to make government the supreme authority over human affairs. Subconsciously we know and understand that ruling over other people through violence is irrational and barbaric. [MORE]

There is also no legitimate or rational way to account for our belief in the existence of authority.

“Authority” does not come from people nor is it derived from any rational or natural source. All governmental power allegedly is said to come exclusively from the people. It is believed that citizens delegate their individual power to the government and it’s representatives for government to represent citizens and act on their behalf. Such political representation works much in the same way agents represent principals in all kinds of business or other contractual relationships. For instance, a manager at McDonalds represents the franchise owner when she carries out his everyday business requests, like ordering inventory and hiring workers, etc. She is the agent and the owner is the principal who empowers and directs her work. Naturally, an agent only can possess whatever powers the principal gave to her. For instance, the McDonalds manager does not have the authority to sell the store unless the owner granted her such power. Similarly, the McDonalds manager could not have the power to do things that the franchise owner has no power to do - such as change the McDonalds logo to a black panther or use another business’ parking lot for its storage. Additionally, numbers don’t change anything – a group of McDonald’s owners still wouldn’t have the power to grant an agent the power to use another business’ parking lot either. An agent cannot have more power than the principal because all his/her power necessarily originated exclusively from the principal.

In the case of government however, the government has somehow granted itself the power to do things that no individual citizen could ever do. While citizens have the inalienable right to act in self-defense or come to the defense of others, citizens have no right to initiate unprovoked acts of violence (use force offensively) on other people and no right to forcibly control other people. When citizens commit such acts it is considered unlawful and/or criminal. Citizens cannot possibly delegate rights they don’t have - so it is logically impossible for citizens to delegate the power to forcibly control others to the government and its agents. Larken Rose explains simply, “you can’t give someone something you don’t have.” [MORE] and [MORE] He states;

“Despite all of the complex rituals and convoluted rationalizations, all modern belief in “government” rests on the notion that mere mortals can, through certain political procedures, bestow upon some people various rights which none of the people possessed to begin with. The inherent lunacy of such a notion should be obvious. There is no ritual or document through which any group of people can delegate to someone else a right which no one in the group possesses. And that self-evident truth, all by itself, demolishes any possibility of legitimate “government.”

Rose correctly explains, ‘the people whom the politicians claim to represent have no right to do anything that politicians do: impose “taxes,” enact “laws,” etc. Average citizens have no right to forcibly control the choices of their neighbors, tell them how to live their lives, and punish them if they disobey, So when a “government” does such things, it is not representing anyone or anything but itself.’ He further explains

“if those in “government” have only those rights possessed by those who elected them, then “government” loses the one ingredient that makes it “government”: the right to rule over others (”authority”). If it has the same rights and powers as everyone else, there is no reason to call it “government.” If the politicians have no more rights than you have, all of their demands and commands, all of their political rituals, “law” books, courts, and so on, amount to nothing more than the symptoms of a profound delusional psychosis. Nothing they do can have any legitimacy, any more than if you did the same thing on your own, unless they somehow acquired rights that you do not have. And that is impossible, since no one on earth, and no group of people on earth, could possibly have given them such superhuman rights.”[MORE]

Thus, there is no rational basis for the belief in authority or rational way to account for its existence as a legitimate basis for government. Other explanations for authority have been thoroughly debunked, here is a summary:

SOCIAL CONTRACT THEORY. How about the social contract theory - the idea that there is a contract between people and the government in which the government protects the people and enforces the laws, in exchange for citizens obedience and taxes? That is, individuals have contractually agreed to obey the government and must do so and the government is obliged to provide services and protection. However, if such an agreement exists, WHEN DID YOU SIGN IT? We were born into this arrangement, no one signed anything. Yet we are bound to obey authority. Therefore, there is no contract and no social contract exists.

At any rate, the so called “public duty” doctrine renders the “social contract theory” meaningless. Decades ago the Supreme Court ruled that a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any particular individual citizen. It means for instance that police have no legal duty to protect any victim from violence by other private parties unless the victim was in police custody. [MORE] and [MORE] This means that police cannot be sued for any federal constitutional claim for a failure to protect citizens. Unless a state negligence law exists allowing such a lawsuit, victims cannot hold police liable for a failure to protect from harm from private parties. [MORE] and [MORE].

Pursuant to the social contract, citizens are contractually obliged to obey all laws and commands and when they fail to do so the government punishes the citizen, usually with fines or imprisonment. However, authorities are bound to do whatever they want to do, whenever they want to do it and to whom they choose, but no one in particular. Dr. Blynd asks “Makes you feel like a fool, doesn’t it?” There is no contract between the individual and the state. It is device or trick to control the populace.

IMPLICIT AGREEMENT. What about an implicit agreement to obey authority - where we are deemed from birth to have agreed to obey authority until we decline, opt out or reject it? This proposition is also an illusion because whether you reject or object to authority you must obey authority regardless. You have no real choice in the matter. Like a plantation system, there is no way to opt out and avoid being a slave subject to another (authority) plantation owner.

AGREEMENT BY ACCEPTING BENEFITS. Perhaps authority is made legitimate when citizens agree to accept the benefits provided by government, such as public schools or police “service?” For the same reasons no one has an implicit contract with the government. Government authority is not made legitimate through acceptance of benefits. Whether a person accepts the benefits of government or not, all persons are still subject to the laws and required to obey authority.

CONSENT BY PRESENCE. How about consent to authority by simply remaining in a particular location - consent by presence on the land? In other words, in order to remain on your own land then you must pay a government and obey laws to do so. Said theory means governments own all land and property everywhere government exists. According to such clogic as stated by Huemer, “Those seeking to avoid all governmental jurisdiction have three options: they may live in the ocean, move to Antarctica, or commit suicide.” [MORE]

Larken Rose explains, “To tell someone that his only valid choices are either to leave the “country” or to abide by whatever commands the politicians issue logically implies that everything in the “country” is the property of the politicians. If a person can spend year after year paying for his home, or even building it himself, and his choices are still to either obey the politicians or get out, that means that his house and the time and effort he invested in the house are the property of the politicians. And for one person’s time and effort to rightfully belong to another is the definition of slavery. That is exactly what the “implied consent” theory means: that every “country” is a huge slave plantation, and that everything and everyone there is the property of the politicians. And, of course, the master does not need the consent of his slave.”

It is also obviously circular thinking to say ‘the government has authority over everything and everybody because it has authority over everything and everybody’ - such statement may indeed be the case but it cannot be a justification for the legitimacy of authority in the first place.

CONSENT THRU PARTICIPATION. Finally, does consent through participation make government authority legitimate or valid? Not at all. “If you didn’t vote in the election, would you then not have to obey the laws made by whoever wins? Of course not. You will be subject to the same laws whether you vote or not.” [MORE]

MAGIC WORDS, CAPES & CEREMONIES. It should also go without saying but there is no magic ceremony, special costumes to put on, voting process or magic statements (oaths) which can grant certain people extra-human powers to rule over other people, exempt them from morality, accountability and do things which no individual or group of individuals can do.

All pretenses of civilization and “human progress” aside, the legal system is primarily based on physical coercion (violence): comply with authority or go to jail or die. There is no “free government” anywhere. Government does not rest on our voluntary consent, it is a system anchored in violence. As explained by FUNKTIONARY, “Government” is simply, unequivocally, and always initiation of force or coercion and nothing else. Citizens can either obey authority or go to jail. ‘The lie of tyranny is that you will maintain your freedom by obeying authority. The choices it offers you are a lifetime of obedience or death.’ [MORE] Government and it’s “services” are not voluntary but mandatory and individuals cannot opt out or reject government services or choose to live without government – rather, we are born into this involuntary arrangement.

All “Laws” in actuality are threats backed by the ability and willingness to use violence/force against those who disobey. An individual can choose not to comply with a law or an order, which will subsequently lead to another order/command or threat of a worse sanction, but in all governmental systems, at the end of the chain of orders or worsening sanctions comes a threat that the violator cannot defy. Michael Huemer states, “The system as a whole must be anchored by a nonvoluntary intervention, a harm that the state can impose regardless of the individual’s choices. That anchor is provided by physical force.” Huemer explains, “One can choose not to pay a fine, one can choose to drive without a license, and one can even choose not to walk to a police car to be taken away. But one cannot choose not to be subjected to physical force if the agents of the state decide to impose it. Thus, the legal system is founded on intentional, harmful coercion.’

The point here is not a theoretical discussion about the purpose of government or how it should run. Rather, it is the fact that there is no valid justification for one man (or government) to have supreme authority over another. Although we all assume that there is some valid explanation for why the government should be entitled to engage in behavior that would be deemed to violate individual rights if performed by anyone other than the government, there is none.

Due to fact that there is no legitimate basis for belief in authority or legitimate basis for government, then citizens are in actuality slaves or prisoners of authorities within a free range system of slavery or within a free range prison. FUNKTIONARY states, “citizens can come and go when they want and therefore have the illusion of true freedom—called “free-range slavery.”

SYSTEM OF POWER SUPREMACY. In reality, persons do not actually live under “democracies” or “republics” or monarchies or dictatorships. Said descriptions or characterizations are designed to conceal the reality of an elite ruling class and the master/servant relations it has with its citizens. In the United States and everywhere else government exists, Rose states

“there is a ruling class and a subject class, and the differences between them are many and obvious. One group commands, the other obeys. One group demands huge sums of money, the other group pays. One group tells the other group where they can live, where they can work, what they can eat, what they can drink, what they can drive, who they can work for, what work they can do, and so on. One group takes and spends trillions of dollars of what the other group earns. One group consists entirely of economic parasites, while the efforts of the other group produce all the wealth. It is patently obvious who commands and who obeys. The people are not the “government,” by any stretch of the imagination, and it requires profound denial to believe otherwise. For example, it is also claimed that “the government works for us; it is our servant.” Again, such statements does not even remotely match the obvious reality of the situation; it is little more than a cult mantra, a delusion intentionally programmed into the populace in order to twist their view of reality.”

Within said “consensus reality” created by elites, various other fictions and devices are used to disguise the reality of the master-servant relationship. These devices include concepts such as “consent of the governed,” “we are the government,” “democracy,” “representative government,” “majority rule,” and “constitutional rights” given to you by a magical government, which functions as your public master that gives and takes rights, etc. According to FUNKTIONARY these ‘fictions lead only to a progressive social, personal, racial and jurisprudential separation from reality.’ Dr. Blynd states, “discussion and debates about fictions such as “rights” merely evades the frequently avoided question of who is to enforce any “right” and who will benefit from the pretense? . . Government” is simply, unequivocally, and always initiation of force or coercion and nothing else. . . and “While there are varying degrees, “government” very simply is “one man violently controlling the life and property of another man.”

Although there are different brands and flavors of “government” across the ideological spectrum, it is more accurate to describe such systems as “free range plantations” or “free range prisons.” The inhabitants of such “jurisdictions” are “free range slaves” or “free range prisoners.” Some prisons or plantations are more restrictive than others but all “citizens” within them are subject to an implied authority. Slaves or prisoners in the Free Range Prison may face greater or lesser restrictions depending upon their income, status or race but none are free. Whether individuals choose to be willing slaves (citizens) or unwilling slaves (denizens) depends upon how aware they are of their true reality and their response to it.

Nevertheless, there is no need to revolt against authority. Authority is only a belief that must be dropped. FUNKTIONARY states, ‘there are no tyrants only tyranny exists. How can one man or woman rule a multitude against their will except through mind-control and word-conditioning control?’

Government means “control of the mind” and “authority is the means by which society uses to control its population.” Trent Goodbaudy describes this is as a “statist delusion.” Statist, within the meaning of FUNKTIONARY means “the belief “citizens” and “states” exist and the memetic thought patterns supporting such beliefs.” Goodbaudy states, “We are stuck in an illusory construct that only exists in a diseased psyche. There really are no rulers and no masters anyway; just claims of authority, and acceptance of these claims by the brainwashed. There really is no government other than what you choose to be governed by: they only have the authority that you grant them.”

Dr. Blynd states, ‘The real threat to "authority" is the masses overcoming info-gaps and verigaps through self-knowledge and the proliferation of symbols of opposition, not crime or destruction of property.’ FUNKTIONARY explains, “We don’t violently overthrow government, rather we silently and organically outgrow it in its current form as we know it. Where there is no energy for conflict upon which to feed, it starves itself into oblivion or becomes malnourished to the point of ineffectual irrelevance.”

Where a critical mass of individuals see authority for what it is – an irrational, self-contradictory, evil, granfalloon, contrary to civilization and morality that “constitutes the most dangerous, destructive superstition that has ever existed”- they will drop it like a wooden coin.

From [HERE] The US prides itself on being a nation built on freedom, justice, and individual rights. And yet the evolution of its system of mass incarceration — a system that cannot be defined without reference to shocking racial disparities — seems to directly contradict these founding principles.

The US prison population dwarfs those of nearly every other country. As of Dec. 2023, the US had some 1.8 million incarcerated individuals. China trailed with just under 1.7 million — but these figures are incomparable when factoring in the fact that China’s general population size is more than quadruple that of the US.

And among the US prison population, more than 37 percent of those incarcerated are Black. This is particularly unnerving because Black people make up only 13 percent of the country’s total population.

How did we get here?

Beginning in the 1970s, the idea of protecting public safety by implementing policies that were “tough on crime” became increasingly politically valuable. Philosophy Professor Shari Stone-Mediatore describes these policies as “stiff criminal codes, long prison sentences, laws that facilitate police search and seizure, laws that make it more difficult to challenge a wrongful conviction, and stringent parole boards.” Taken together, these policies laid the groundwork for the expansion of the US criminal justice system.

It was against this backdrop that President Richard Nixon launched his so-called “War on Drugs,” aimed at combatting drug addiction through punitive measures, and formed the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), which enforces drug laws and works to limit drug supplies. Years later, the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984created longer sentences for people convicted of drug crimes. Mandatory minimum sentencing laws and harsh penalties that arose from the “tough on crime” policies combined to cause a surge in the number of people incarcerated for drug offenses — a trend that continues to this day.

This heightened criminal enforcement occurred in the aftermath of the deinstitutionalization movement — US policies aimed at reducing the number of individuals confined to psychiatric institutions. During the 1950s and 1960s, the number of patients committed to such facilities was approximately triple that of the country’s prison population, according to a 2013 journal article published by the University of Chicago. As pressure mounted to reduce inpatient populations, pressure also increased to impose harsh sentences against drug users, leading legal scholars Steven Raphael and Michael A. Stoll to conclude at the time that “a sizable portion of the mentally ill behind bars would not have been incarcerated in years past.”

In 1975, the incarcerated population surpassed the committed population and has continued to rise in the ensuing decades. Since the start of the 1970s, the US prison population has expanded by 500%. [MORE]

Do-gooder reformers also continue making emotional speeches as if each speech might be the straw that break’s the camel’s back – that is, begging police to stop using their uncontrollable authority to murder black and brown people. Georgia's NAACP has called for superficial reforms like “better training” for police (as if that would’ve stopped the intentional murder of Tyre Nichols). Puppetician Maxine Waters (D-Calif) said not enough members of Congress are invested in police reform legislation for it to pass, even in the wake of the tragic death of Tyre Nichols [MORE] Waters’ statements are particularly interesting because she represents LA and since January 1, 2023 at least three Black men and one Latino man have been murdered by cops in LA; Anthony Lowe, a Black man with both of his legs amputated was shot to death 8x by Huntington cops as he hobbled away from them, Takar Smith was shot to death by LAPD while holding a child’s bike and posing no real threat of grievous bodily harm to them, Keenan Anderson, a school teacher, was smothered and tased to death in the street by LAPD as he begged for his life after being unlawfully stopped and the LAPD murdered Oscar Sanchez on January 3, 2023. Said murders occurred days after the first Black female mayor of LA was sworn into office and offer instant proof that Karen Bass’ election had nothing to do with black power.

Similarly, rolebot Cory Booker recently said "on basic fundamental issues of police reform, we have gotten no support from Republicans, and I hope people understand this." [MORE] One wonders if Booker said the same bullshit to Carl Dorsey’s family. Mr. Dorsey, an unarmed black man, was inexplicably shot to death in January 2021 by a white plainclothes Newark Cop who jumped out an unmarked police van and began shooting him. Although, it was captured on surveillance video the Attorney General led his grand jury away from filing any charges. The AG is a white liberal. Mr. Dorsey’s family is now seeking a federal probe and resorted to tweeting to the public to get justice due the white media’s lack of journalistic curiosity in his case.

Proposed reforms in the so-called George Floyd Act (creating a database for misconduct allegations, more bodycam requirements, banning chokeholds and restricting immunity) would not have prevented any of the above police killings, which involved intentional, purposeful conduct by cops. FUNKTIONARY explains ‘reform is superficial change in form and formalities (fictitious change) which only further lubricates the status quo by renovating and painting old society in new colors or appearance of change sans the change.’

Even restricting immunity won’t remedy the source of the problem, which is authority; the police officer’s power to use force offensively against citizens. Contrary to legal truths, in actual reality the police officer’s entitlement to initiate unprovoked acts of violence on citizens is immoral and there is no legitimate or rational way to account for our belief in its existence. Acts that would be considered unjust or morally unacceptable when performed by people are just as unjust or morally unacceptable when performed by government agents. Putting your hands on another human being, not in self-defense but offensively, without their consent and ‘manipulating their body in disregard of their volition is evil’, whether its done by citizens or representatives of “authority” wearing blue costumes. Larken Rose explains, “authority is permission to commit evil – to do things that would be recognized as immoral and unjustified if anyone else did them,” - subconsciously we know and understand the right to rule over other people is irrational and barbaric. At any rate, liberal Democrats in cities such as LA, control all levels and branches of government and control all local government agencies and government agents, such as police officers. Consequently, if liberal democrats really wanted to do something meaningful about police brutality - that is, controlling their own cops’ behavior in their relations with its Black and Latino residents, then the white liberal leadership could and would have done so at some point over the past 40-50 years.

The same can be said about numerous cities historically controlled by white liberal politics such as Cleveland, Oakland, St. Louis, NYC, Wash DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, Detroit etc. Contrary to ‘get out the vote’ rhetoric, the quality of Black citizenship stays low in these places and it does so despite high turnout by the black votary. Black people’s so-called “rights” are tuned on and off like light switches in said jurisdictions where police surveil, stop, detain and search law abiding Black people’s clothing, their cars and generally interfere with their freedom of movement as they attempt to go about their daily lives. In such liberal places cops have mauled, injured and put thousands of Black people into greater confinement and also murdered hundreds of other Black and Brown people with impunity.

Here, some offended white liberals and their dogmatic black cheerleaders may hallucinate that cities like Memphis, Baltimore, Atlanta and DC are not actually run by white liberals but are in fact run by Blacks themselves. In reality however, Black people function as “the powerless class” who are in charge of nothing independently of elite whites. Neely Fuller observes that ‘in spite of all statements black people may make about themselves having economic and/or political independence and the like, in the final analysis, they are all victims of the white supremacy process.’ According to Neely Fuller in a White Supremacy System the most accurate way to describe what "class" people are in is to describe their power relationship to each other. In their relationship with whites, Blacks cannot be be "upper" or "middle" - but only under whites in a white over Black operating system of vast unequal power.

Black cops fulfill their roles dutifully because they misunderstand it completely. Black cops are Obedient Black rolebots plugged into Doggy's operating system. They worship rules, government and logic within the parameters of the lex-icon. Fuller accurately explains, "in a socio-material system dominated by elite racists, all major decisions involving non-white people are made by elite racists. The elite racists are their bosses, their masters, and their major decision-makers. Whatever a Black person gets, and/or is allowed to keep, is the result of decisions made by elite racists. This is the functional meaning of White Supremacy (Racism) that many people — particularly non-white people — prefer not to acknowledge. Dr. Bobby Wright explains, 'everywhere one finds Whites and Blacks living in close proximity to each other, whether it is Chicago or Zimbabwe, the whites are in control. Yet Blacks rarely question this extraordinary universal phenomenon which defies every known statistical law of probability.'

The rebel Dr. Amos Wilson Amos asks Blacks,

‘Who has control of your food? Who has control of your electricity? Who has control of your water? Of your jobs? Who tells you what to wear when you go to work? Who tells you when to come to work...when to leave...when to go to lunch...how to speak...how to write...how to do this...how to do that...and how are these things taught, and how they are conditioned?"-- It is by reward and punishment. " You do this you get paid; you don't do this you don't get paid; you get a raise, you get docked. What we have here is reward and punishment according to their terms and criteria.’

To live under the power of another people is to be created by that people. To be rewarded or punished by that people is to be created by that people. We are living under them as the result of the exercise of the power of another people over us. Therefore, if we wish to change this situation (i.e., the conditions under which we live), then we must change the power relationships. If we are to prevent ourselves from being created by another people and are to engage in the act of self creation, then we must change the power relations.’

In liberal jurisdictions elite white liberals control and own all major resources (such as banks, local mainstream media, real estate, utilities and large corporate resources etc), anything of material value and they make most of the meaningful decisions in regards to Black residents. As such, elite whites are the direct or indirect masters of Black people in all areas of people activity. This necessarily includes controlling and directing the power of the local government, funding its elected officials campaign coffers and controlling “choices” presented to the votary. There are no local governments in existence run by Black politicians on behalf of powerful Black elites, powerful Black corporations, powerful Black mainstream media or a powerful Black votary. It is fantasy for blacks to imagine that a black puppetician such as Muriel Bowser, the mayor of DC, is controlling D.C. on behalf of powerful Black interests who pull the strings behind the scenes or that powerful Black voters have concentrated their power into the white Mayor of Memphis and are really calling the shots– especially when it is undisputed that those who own or control major real estate, industry, corporate businesses, banks, wealth and material resources are overwhelmingly elite white liberals.

For decades elite white liberals have propelled hundreds of Blacks into elected office at all levels of government. Their individual success of winning elections has not translated into power for Black people. Rather, said representatives function as puppeticans, strawbosses, Black wards and Black rolebots who work on behalf of elite white liberal masters. FUNKTIONARY states,

Dr. Wilson explained that the so-called Black bourgeoisie aka The MoTeaSuh Tribe, a small number of Blacks who benefit from democrat politics, has no independent power of its own. Rather, it exclusively maintains it status through its direct political and corporate ties to the Democratic party establishment. Thus, Wilson observes that it is easy to understand ‘why the Black bourgeoisie aggressively seeks to convince the larger Black community that voting is the end-all and be-all of Black liberation,’ because the Black bourgeoisie has gained all it has (holding political offices or high appointive positions in government and the private sector) and its entire social standing in the Black community through its ties to elite whites in the Democratic Party and the American electoral system.’ It is important to emphasize here that, as pointed out by E. Franklin Frazier, in general the Black bourgeoisie wields no political power as a class in American society because it is composed mostly of white-collar workers, managers or small business enterprises that are insignificant in the American economy, and they do not exercise any significant power within Black communities as employers of Black labor.’

In general, Black puppeticians are literally creations of white liberals who must continually demonstrate their alignment with their liberal masters ideology to avoid being filtered out or easily replaced [see the Congressional Black Caucus – nearly all members are beatable by a viable candidate during any given election cycle]. We know intuitively that black cops would never and have never beat a white person to death in the manner Tyre Nichols was. In fact, in the entire history of modern law enforcement less than five (5) black police officers have ever killed an unarmed white person [MORE]. Anon states, “This is not surprising but it is absolute proof that the black individual operating within a system of white supremacy cannot mistreat whites even if he or she is wearing a uniform, a badge, and carrying a gun." Important to BW’s focus here, it is further proof that Black puppeticans are essentially powerless and also have no power to prevent racists from practicing racism and no power to force remedies even for the most egregious injustices.

The Black electorant should witness that Minnesota, Atlanta, St. Louis, Cleveland, Baltimore, Detroit or NYC or many other places where cops murder Blacks in broad daylight are all dominated by liberal Democrats duly elected by a participating black votary. NYC, for instance is controlled by white liberal puppeticians and complementary Black rolebots. Among its leaders NYC has a Black mayor (Eric Adams), Black Attorney Generals (Alvin Bragg, Manhattan) (Letitia James Brooklyn), Black state Assembly Leader (Carl Heastie Bronx), Black Public Advocate (Jumaane Williams Brooklyn), Black DA (Darcel Clark, Bronx), Black Borough President (Donovan Richards Queens) and numerous Black judges. Add to this Black legislators who hold 13 of 51 seats on the City Council, 22 of 150 seats in the state Assembly, and eight of 63 seats in the state Senate. There are also four Black congressional representatives —Gregory Meeks, Hakeem Jeffries, Yvette Clarke, and Jamaal Bowman and hundreds of white liberal democrats all levels of government who dominate City politics and government agencies. Nevertheless, the quality of Black citizenship stays low; law abiding Blacks are frequently stopped and searched by police in their neighborhoods or cars, Blacks and Latinos make up 90% of all persons and arrested and charged with crimes, Rikers Jail is disproportionately packed with Blacks held pre-trial in reprehensible conditions, a majority of all homeless people are black, Black unemployment stays high, 63% of black families in New York are in the bottom half of the income distribution, blacks are routinely struck from juries and so on.

Wilson explained, ‘the electing of politicians to a bankrupt political system dominated by the ruling corporate elite whose values and aims are inimical to the cause of Black liberation; the election of Black politicians who are but pawns of the White Democratic Party machine and who seek to have the Black community identify its communal interest with the politicians' personal interests; the election of politicians who in no way are interested in developing a program for the economic emancipation and empowerment of the Black community, and who are not committed to the final overthrow of White supremacy, becomes clear when we recognize their bourgeois interests.”

Led by white liberals black people are going in circles. According to the Urban League’s 2022 State of Black America, Black people haven’t progressed since 1965. The Black-White disparity persists across virtually every line or indicator of life and quality of life in the United States. Black people occupy the bottom of nearly every statistical category of life. [MORE] US Census data reveals that the unemployment gap between whites and blacks is virtually unchanged over the last 50 years. The income and wealth gaps have actually widened. So has the gap in educational attainment. The jobless rate among African-Americans has remained double to whites for over 5 decades. Among other things, according a to a NY Times analysis the race gap in higher education has also widened. The median Black household income was $43,862 versus $63,823 for Whites. Blacks still trail Whites in homeownership, the traditional path to wealth building in the country, and their homes were valued less than Whites. [MORE] Norman Kelley observed that despite Black people’s heavy involvement in the Democratic Party, schools have remained as segregated as before Brown v. Board of Education, which was decided 70 years ago. [MORE] According to NSBA nearly one third of Black students lived in poverty (32%), compared with 10% of white students in families living in poverty. While white liberals whine about Florida AP classes and captivate Blacks with fantasy talk about reparations, 80% of African-American fourth-graders can barely read and understand mathematics and only 19% were scored proficient in math. [MORE] According to the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) just 18% of Black eighth-graders reach reading “proficiency.” [MORE] And in 2015 NAEP found that only 17% of Black 12th graders were proficient at reading. [MORE] In 2017, Ballou High School in DC came under intense scrutiny for pushing failing students through to graduation in order to achieve a 100% graduation and college acceptance rate. Teachers stated that many of their 12th graders couldn’t read and write. In 2017-18, only 7% of public school teachers and 11% of public school principals were Black. [MORE] and [MORE]

The Black votary automatically presumes that most white liberals are not racist and do not practice racism. Said presumption appears to be the only substance of present day black politics – as “blackness” or authenticity is entirely measured by “non-republican-ness” and although whites are not subject to the system of racism white supremacy or the same socio-economic circumstances, white and black liberals are perceived to have the same common issues. According to this clogic Black voters are comfortable voting for white liberals and complimentary black rolebots without critical examination of their legislative records, campaign proposals or without regard as to whether they even have a particularized set of plans or any messaging for Black people.

However, if most liberal whites aren’t racist, then the quality of life and citizenship for Black residents in liberal jurisdictions should just materially speak for itself right? If most liberal whites aren’t racist, then the quality of life and citizenship for Black residents should be far superior to living conditions for Blacks living in republican jurisdictions- the places where most of the real racists reside . . . right?

If liberal jurisdictions are basically ‘racist free’ then who has crammed the jails with Blacks in NYC, Milwaukee, Chicago, Columbus, Minnesota, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Oakland, Atlanta, Kansas City, St. Louis, Detroit, New Orleans and others? Who maintains the jails in reprehensible conditions in LA, DC, Atlanta and NYC? Who has stuffed a backlog of criminal cases and crowded courtrooms with Blacks in these places? Who is striking Blacks from juries on a daily basis? Who is evicting Black tenants from their homes for failure to pay rent, even during the government’s COVID mindless lockdowns? Who is it providing a servant (mis)education to black children in its poverty schools? Who is it running their public fool systems? Who is gentrifying neighborhoods, dislocating Black families, businesses and making thousands of black people homeless in these cities? Who is failing to protect law abiding black people in their segregated communities while simultaneously preventing them from arming themselves in self-defense from criminals? Who is it in charge of the police officers surveilling, stopping, frisking, and searching law abiding Blacks at will on a daily basis? Whose police officers frequently brutalize and murder blacks with impunity?

The answer is racist liberals. Specifically, white liberal; judges, prosecutors, jurors, landlords, government authorities, administrators, police officers, school teachers, school administrators, real estate agents, bankers, doctors, business owners, store managers, neighbors, creditors etc., in places where the majority of Black people reside in the US. If you are looking for racists who wear KKK costumes or MAGA hats riding in the bed of a pick-up truck yelling ‘NGHR’ then you really don’t understand the system of racism white supremacy because you are missing the racists all around you and you are easy prey.

In liberal jurisdictions racist liberals work together to dominate and control non-white people in all areas of people activity. Racism is not primarily about name calling and hatred. The gravamen of racism white supremacy is master-servant relations; racists imagine themselves to be superior to non-white people, thus they seek to have master servant relations with them and dominate them in all areas of people activity. The statistics cited above, for instance, are not an injustice to racists. Rather, it is basically the way things should be in a white over black system of unequal power. Said white over Black arrangement is not based on hatred but imagined superiority and difference based on their belief in race, a granfalloon. Racism is a team effort, it is collective white behavior and collective white power or a conspiracy among white individuals and/or groups of white people to impersonally control and/or dominate non-white people. Importantly, black people should understand that racist conduct by white liberal government authorities in particular, is done on behalf and at the request of racist liberal citizens – the so-called allies of the black votary. Republicans may indeed be enemies of Black people but Blacks are their own enemy if they mindlessly believe that Democrats aren’t also a “white party” and racist elite liberals aren’t presently strangling Black people to death in these cities while making it look like they are dying from natural causes.
