Offending Conduct: Michael David Dunn, a 45-year-old vice president of Dunn & Dunn Data Systems in Vero Beachwillfully and deliberately engaged in violent conduct and deception that helps to maintain White Supremacy (Racism) in the area of Law. [MORE].
He committed a violent criminal offense against a Non-white person on the basis of race - he murdered an unarmed Black teenager and then fled the scene and attempted to deceive police. [MORE] On 11/23 a Black teenager, Jordan Russell Davis, 17, and several other teenagers were sitting in a sport utility vehicle in the parking lot in Jacksonville when Dunn pulled up next to them in a car and asked them to turn down their music. According to police, Jordan and Dunn exchanged words, and Dunn pulled a gun and shot eight or nine times, striking Jordan twice. Jordan was sitting in the back seat.
