Offending Conduct: NFL player Richie Incognito willfully and deliberately demonstrated a willingness to participate in action and speech to establish, maintain, expand, and/or refine the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) in the areas of Entertainment and Sports by referring to his Black teamates as "niggers." He called his teamate Jonathan Martin "a half nigger piece of shit." He intended to demean Martin and all other non-white people when he did so. [MORE] As such he supports the use of language, pictures, and/or images in such a manner as to directly or indirectly promote the maintenance, expansion, and/or refinement of The System of White Supremacy (Racism).
(a Nigger is any non-white person, who is directly or indirectly subject to the System of White Supremacy (Racism) in any area of activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, law, Politics, Religion, Sex and/or War. A nigger is a victim of white supremacy.
