Offending Conduct: Mr. Zimmerman willfully and deliberately engaged in action that helps to maintain the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) in the area of Law [MORE], when he stalked and killed unarmed Black teenager, Trayvon Martin. He then deceieved the police, the media and the court about his conduct. [MORE] He also used the term "coon' to demean Black people - as he referred to Martin as a "coon" on the 911 call prior to shooting him to death. [MORE]. He also has made derogatory statements about Latinos [MORE]. It is racist deception that the white media pretends that Zimmerman is Latino. His father is a white judge and his mother is a white woman from Barcelona, Spain - which is in Europe. [MORE]
He committed a psychopathic racist violent offense or racist war crime against a Non-white person on the basis of race. Said willful harmful speech or action directly or indirectly promotes the maintenance, expansion, and/or refinement of the System of White Supremacy (Racism) in the area of Law. [MORE]
