'Savoy' magazine sold again to Chicago's 'Ndigo,' publisher, Hermene Hartman

One month after it was sold in bankruptcy court, Savoy magazine has been sold again. [more]

Savoy Magazine was originally Emerge Magazine which was a very strong Political Magazine from the Black perspective .Some believe that a deal was done to silence Emerge just beforetime of the 2000 Election season. Vanguarde Media Inc. put Emerge Magazine on hiatus and replaced it with a no substance, style magazine- and then folded the entire deal .
