Philippines Pulls More Troops From Iraq

The Philippines worked Friday to meet the demands of kidnappers holding a Filipino truck driver, withdrawing a further 11 troops from Iraq. The Filipino soldiers drove over the border into Kuwait in three vehicles about 8 p.m., said Lt. Col. Hashem Abdullah, an Iraqi officer at the border town of Safwan.
