Prosecutors hand over more Evidence in Trayvon Martin case - Must be made Public within 30 days

From [HERE] Prosecutors have handed over a second major batch of evidence in the Trayvon Martin shooting case to defense attorneys, court records showed Friday.

The list of evidence includes statements from 21 secret witnesses, numerous FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement reports, aerial photos of the shooting scene, surveillance video and 911 calls defendant George Zimmerman made prior to the night of Martin's death.  Mark O'Mara, Zimmerman's attorney, said he received the evidence from prosecutors Thursday.  He has 30 days to review the evidence before it must be made available to the public.

Zimmerman -- who is white, was charged with second-degree murder in April after he shot and killed the unarmed Martin, a 17-year-old African-American, in his own gated community in Sanford, Fla., on Feb. 26.

Zimmerman pleaded not guilty.  The six-week interval between Martin's death and Zimmerman's arrest sparked nationwide protests, with many claiming the shooting and timid prosecution and police work was racially motivated.
