Wade Henderson Declares Victory Against Anti-Affirmative Action Initiative

After a court ruled that an anti-affirmative action petition was not too confusing to be placed on the Michigan ballot in Nov., the Republicaan led group behind the petition nevertheless decided to postpone it's efforts until 2006.
